We are renting a bedroom within our new 4BR/3BA home in an enclosed community located within walking distance to UCR on Chicago/Martin Luther King (near UCR lot 30). The house is fully furnished, has central air-conditioning and heat, access to a community pool and spa, 2 refrigerators and huge new washer and dryer.
